Sunset Beach is part of Half Moon Resort. It is the closest beach to Summerhill Villa, about a 15 minute drive. As a guest of our villa, you also have privileges at the Half Moon Resort.

Doctor’s Cave Beach

Doctor’s Cave Beach:

Doctor’s Cave Beach is only a 15 minute drive from the villa, this beach is simply stunning. There is an entrance fee, but it is the cleanest beach on the island and well worth it.

DEAD END BEACH

Dead End Beach

Dead End Beach:

Just a 15 minute drive from the villa, Dead End Beach is exactly that. Enjoy the crystal clear water. There are no restaurants or bars, so this is perfect for peace, quiet, and meditation.

DUMP-UP BEACH

Dump-Up Beach

Dump-Up Beach:

Despite the name, this beach is far from a dump. In fact, it is quite the opposite. It is open to the public and free of charge. The beach is a short 15 minute drive from Summerhill Villa.

REGGAE BEACH

Reggae Beach

Reggae Beach:

Reegae Beach is located in Ocho Rios, about a 1 hour 30 minute drive from the villa. With cliffs on both sides, this beach is picturesque. Plan to spend the day here and listen to Reggae.

SEVEN MILE BEACH

Seven Mile Beach

Seven Mile Beach:

Seven Mile Beach is one of Jamaica’s top 5 tourist attractions. It is located in Negril, about a 1 hour 30 minute drive west from Summerhill Villa. It is crowded and populated with vendors.

LONG BAY BEACH

Long Bay Beach

Long Bay Beach:

Long Bay is located in Negril, about a 1 hour 30 minute drive west from Summerhill Villa. The crescent-shaped bay has strong breezes that make it a popular surf spot.

WINNIFRED BEACH

Winnifred Beach:

This beach is located in Port Antonio, a 3 hour 45 minute drive east from Summerhill Villa. It’s clean and well maintained, and packed with vendors selling jerk food.

BIKINI BEACH

Bikini Beach

Bikini Beach:

This beach is located in Port Antonio, a 3 hour 45 minute drive east from Summerhill Villa. You will get a laid back vibe…a great place if you want to chill and get away.
