Summerhill Villa is a private estate, located inside the gates of Spring Farm Estates. This private vacation rental at the Half Moon Golf Course, possessing 10,000 square feet of elegance and charm. This luxury three-story estate has nine bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping eighteen guests. Lavishly furnished and finished to ensure your stay is a dream vacation.

The estate includes a Chef, Butler, Gardner and Housekeeping, specializing in making sure you are taken care of from the time you walk in the doors until you leave. Complimentary drinks are offered upon arrival. Nightly turn down bed service, laundry service and much more. The staff at Summerhill are here for you day and night. Poolside drinks, daily housekeeping, a personal chef and a butler to arrange and help with local adventures, shopping and dining.  

Please note the staff does rely on gratuity and we hope you will express the love of your stay to your personal staff. There is a customary 15% gratuity (pre-paid) that our staff relies on. 

Encircling the estate are lush tropical flowers, fruit trees, an expansive well-manicured lawn, walking paths and a garden sitting area, designed for meditation, private moments, or a garden wedding ceremony. The over-sized pool deck is perfect for entertaining. The setting is perfect setting for large or small weddings, family gatherings or corporate retreats. Weddings or special events must be booked directly and events fees will be applied as necessary.  

The neighborhood of Spring Farm is an ultra-exclusive and very high-end area in the hills above and close to Half Moon Montego bay at the Half Moon Resort, a spectacular luxury resort nestled on a two-mile beach outside of Montego Bay. Another tropical paradise, a stones throw away, is the private Rose Hall Beach Club and Golf Course. Rose Hall Great House offers panoramic views of the coast. Ranked as one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Jamaica, Spring Farm Estates provides security to high profile guests with the privacy they deserve.

The Montego Bay airport is a fifteen minute drive away. The Villa is located behind the security gates of the Half Moon Golf Course, in a private neighborhood.  Be sure to reserve our private driver.

You have just booked your vacation rental that has an amazing pool deck and outdoor dining area. What next?  One of the most luxurious amenities guests enjoy at Summerhill is a private Chef. You could purchase a heap of groceries and spend your time cooking - but why? You are on vacation! Or you could go out to a restaurant - but then you are missing out on the luxury house you have rented. So why not have it all!  Enjoy being catered to with fine dining service and meals. Upon your arrival, the kitchen and bar is well stocked per your preferences. You can eat local fare each day, or choose from a variety of  menu options. Your private Chef chef does have a great selection of ideas and oh man Chef can prepare Caribbean cuisine!  

Chef can prepare two or three meals per day at your request,. Guests are responsible for all costs for provisions and alcohol. We will assist with your preferences and menu selections prior to check in. Most guests prefer to have breakfast and dinner at the villa and visit Island favorites while they explore during the day. Fresh conch and lobster have strict seasons to prevent overfishing. Lobster season in generally open July-March and conch March- July. 

Many guests seldom leave the villa, enjoying the luxury of the villa, the pool and sun deck, spending quality time with family, friends, co-workers or group retreats. Other guests indulge in a variety of adventures nearby. Summerhill is close by many recreational areas and there are a significant number of activities which you can enjoy. 'Mo Bay, as it is so fondly referred to by locals, is the second largest city on the Island. Not only does it have scores of pristine white sandy beaches, but it offers an array of sites, shopping and activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay.  Activities that are easily accessible to our guests include golf, horseback riding, world class spas, virtually every water sport imaginable and much more. About two hours away, an afternoon can be spent touring one of the Caribbean's premier rum distillers.  Appleton Estates offers guided tours illustrating the history of rum making in the region and lunch is also offered.
