Rates and AVAILABILITY

Summerhill Villa rates start at $1,800 per night and extend to $4,400 during holiday and high season.  Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter/Spring Break require a seven night booking.  Other bookings are for a minimum of four nights.  A three night stay will be accepted based on last minute availability during low season at owner's discretion.  Rates are based on a seven night reservation.  Please contact us for the most updated rates and availability for holidays or to complete your reservation.

Winter/Summer Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION 61 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Guests will receive a REFUND of amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a processing fee of 10%.  Guests may mitigate this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any Reason insurance offered by a third party provider.  CANCELLATION 31-60 DAYS before check in, Guests will receive a 75% REFUND less any travel insurance fee.  CANCELLATION 30 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Guests will forfeit the total rental.  

Holiday Cancellation Policy

HOLIDAY periods (New Years, Easter/Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) 

CANCELLATION 121 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Guests will receive a REFUND of amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a processing fee of 10%.  Guests may mitigate this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any Reason insurance offered by a third party provider.  CANCELLATION 91-120 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Guests will receive a 50% REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee.  CANCELLATION 90 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Guests will forfeit the total rental.  

EARLY DEPARTURE: There are no refunds for early departure.  

TROPICAL STORMS and HURRICANES:  There are no refunds for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered, optional travel insurance is offered for Guests protection or Guests may obtain by a third party provider.  Guests assumes the risk.

GUESTS MUST BE 25 years of age to book this property.  Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.  Government issued photo identification and security deposit ($500-$2,500USD) can be required.
